Description

I have my weekly personal trainer visit again and of course he picked out special exercises for me. This time it's a pelvic exercise, specially tailored to my pelvic muscles. On the other hand, my leggings are cut open at the required point and therefore very helpful for this exercise. I hope you see that sport can also be fun. The trainer also keeps fit. Due to the position change we practice, the muscles are also stretched further to become elastic for further hours of practice. In the future, he will surely find other exercises in our specialist literature, the Kama Sutra. As a last relaxing exercise, of course 'the emptied sack ' must not be missing, which it can carry out on my leggings. I'm already looking forward to next week.
