Description
When I was well trained at that time, I managed 2:40 min to stop the air. Can I still do that ***ay? Let's see! But first I measured my chest. First without air in it and then with fully pumped lungs. Then I did a breathing exercise so that the blood is oxygenated to be able to pull it longer. I had 3 attempts to break my personal record!
